from Tenant in Hotel, B.E. 2558

The president of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization has singed the name in the announcement on 30 September 2015 which will be effective since 1 October 2015 onwards.

According to the legislation of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization regarding enforcement of legislation of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization on maintenance fee collected by Provincial Administrative Organization from tenant in the hotel, B.E. 2558,

Chapter 1

Article 10. The hotel controller or manager shall have the following duties

(1) issue an invoice to collect fee from the tenant as an evidence of maintenance fee paid to Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization.
(2) announce this legislation openly at the place of business and inform the tenants.

Chapter 2

Article 11. The hotel’s tenant shall pay maintenance fee to Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization in the rate of 1% of the room rent.
Article 14. Any tenant who fails to pay the maintenance fee according to Article 11 shall be imprisoned up to one month and fined up to two thousand Baht or both.
